Bonnie Vetanze

Operational Efficiency | Plant Performance | Continuous Improvement

Bonnie Vetanze helps industrial organizations improve productivity, reduce operating costs, and build more reliable, efficient operations. With more than 25 years of experience in plant leadership, engineering management, maintenance, and workforce development, she understands how equipment, processes, people, and management decisions affect plant performance.

Her experience spans chemical processing, petroleum coke calcining, plastics compounding, water recovery, and electric marine manufacturing. She works across departmental boundaries to identify sources of downtime, inefficiency, unnecessary cost, and operational bottlenecks, then develops practical improvements that teams can implement and sustain.

Demonstrated Results

Bonnie’s career includes improvement initiatives delivering more than $1.5 million in annual savings through stronger maintenance practices, production improvements, equipment reliability, and workforce efficiency. Her project experience includes a liquid oxygen installation that increased production capacity from 38 to 50 tons per hour, generating more than $10 million in additional revenue. A workforce cross-training initiative saved approximately $30,000 annually while eliminating approximately 90% of overtime.
